As a Yoga Teacher I would recommend yoga for anyone and everyone. Yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness are great ways to practice for self-care. It is useful to have a toolkit of coping tools for a child that experiences the many symptoms of Pans/Pandas.

Due to the variety of symtpoms experienced with Pans/Pandas, I would highly recomened yoga and/or meditation.

Note: If a Pans/Pandas child has restricted eating symptoms related to an eating disorder, please consult your family physician prior to a yoga program.
