NOTE: All Relfex Yoga classes are on hold as I am working on completing additional yoga trainings.

My current Yoga project is creating some classes and tools for children with Misophonia.

At Sensory.Yoga we want to put labels aside and bring the focus to the sensory sensitivities. The exercises and practices learned in Reflex Yoga may help a child cope with sensory processing and assist in self-regulation.

The program builds weekly with poses and exercises to practice at home. The classes are kept smaller for the benefit of the students. At the end of each six-week session, a student has some basic yoga poses and exercises to use at home. Reflex Yoga Level 1 and Reflex Yoga Level 2 classes provide the core foundation of the Reflex Yoga developed by Ann Marie Devi. Once a student has these basics, they can attend a regular a Reflex Yoga class and continue to learn and benefit even more.
